WM-RO-MR3

The WM-RO-MR3 is a small, medium range RFID reader/decoder for passive RFID tags.  This system includes a reader/decoder board and antenna installed in a rugged, sealed compact enclosure.  It has a cable with connector for ease of installation, and is perfect for desktop use.

Data Interface: RS232 or TTL, 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit 4 ft long cable (4-24 AWG) with DSUB-9 (TxD on pin 2, Ground on pin 5)

Read Range: Tag dependent, up to 12 inches (30 cm) Placing this unit on a metal surface will severely disrupt its performance.

Power Requirements: 9-16 VDC, 100 mA max (2.1 mm x 5 mm center positive DC Jack) Although this reader offers some protection against reverse polarity, please double check the size and polarity of the DC plug connector before applying power.
