Preamp200
  • Single channel preamplifier and ADC optimized for use with MCT, InSb, and Ge optical detectors
  • Preamplifier:
    • SMA connector for detector connection
    • Configurable transimpedance input stage with an adjustable constant polarisation voltage
    • AC coupling stage
    • Programmable gain stage providing gains of 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x and 128x
    • Programmable 4th order Bessel filter stage (available cut-off frequencies depend on wich version of the Preamp200 is used; typical build is with cut-off frequencies of 20kHz, 40kHz, 133kHz and 150kHz)
  • ADC supports 16-bit sampling rates up to 1MHz (Analog Devices AD7677)
  • Each Preamp200 has a 4-bit ID (set by DIP switches)
  • Up to 4 Preamp200 boards can be connected to a single Annotator CL Base
