Ionetrics Annotator CL Base
CameraLink Data Annotation and Acquisition
Features
- Ideal for instruments with meta-data annotation and time tagging needs
- high speed cameras
- spectrometers
- radiometers
- Accepts data from CameraLink
- Accepts data from non-CameraLink sources
- Generic TTL/LVTTL/LVDS inputs are converted to CameraLink
- Up to 4 16-bit channels of generic TTL/LVTTL/LVDS input can be connected
- Typical use is for ADC inputs (user supplied ADC, or the Preamp200)
- ADC inputs are annotated and formated to a standard CameraLink output data stream
- Contact for more info on an interface to your measurement system
- Common CameraLink output format for all input types
- Annotation data injected directly into the digital data stream:
- IRIG referenced time stamp with flexible triggering options
- 32-bit scan or frame counter
- User defined ancillary, meta data, and status bits
- CameraLink Repeater
- CameraLink Video Splitter
- CameraLink Signal Breakout Box
- FPGA based real-time clock
- Synchronized to modulated IRIG-B input if present
- Operates in a free running mode in the absence of an IRIG input
- Event time accuracy of ±25 microseconds
Inputs
- CameraLink data stream
- 4 high-speed serial (SPI) or 2 parallel (16-bit) TTL or LVTTL input ports
- Modulated IRIG-B time code
- Trigger
Outputs
- Master CameraLink Annotated Data Stream
- Slave CameraLink Annotated Data Stream
- Sync 1 (User selectable data sync)
- Sync 2 (User selectable data sync)
Software Support
- Can function standalone with user supplied software
- Works with existing frame grabber with no software rewrite
- Software toolkit available for end user customization
